Does the same hold true for BBC?

Anglo-Saxon cultures, as more distanced from the austerity-worshiping European model, have the composure to observe and record the obvious. Not as a fringe example but as a representative sample of a population suffering the consequences of a paranoid obsession with the value of punitive measures.
